When did the San Clemente outlets open?

San Clemente Outlets sits over a 52-acre bluff-top, offering the best ocean view for every shopper out here. A beautiful retail oasis you might say, but before this can happen, 18 years of negotiations had to happen first.

On November 12, 2015, San Clemente Outlets finally welcomed its first customers. It debuted with 70 stores in October with familiar brands like Calvin Klein, H&M, Guess, Le Creuset, and Columbia. Shopping for local brands like DC Shoes also comes easy here.

San Clemente Outlets is part of the 248-acre Marblehead Coastal development. Approved in 2003, the said area will be home to 313 homes, hiking trails, and habitat reserves. Various parks and the outlets are also part of the plan.

As of 2019, more than 65 stores and restaurants bring joy to every shopper in San Clemente. New discounts and special deals await every day!

Are dogs allowed at San Clemente outlets?

Yes, San Clemente Outlets is a dog-friendly place. Your pups are free to walk outside at this coastal outdoor outlet stores and eateries. You can also find pet stations and free treats here. Just approach the Customer Service for help.

• Turn Left into the center.

• Via I-5 North:
• Exit Avenida Vista Hermosa.
• Turn Left onto Avenida Vista Hermosa.
• Turn Left into the center.
